Anxiety psychology is a component of anxiety and a common psychological phenomenon. Individuals in an anxious state feel scared, nervous, or even frightened. Consumers are more likely to experience anxiety when facing transactions with large amounts of money. Alleviating consumer anxiety is beneficial for enhancing consumer trust in businesses, establishing a good brand image, and reflecting the professional level of employees in the automotive after-sales service industry.

The research employed computer-based searches on Pub Med, EMBase, and the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database to gather strategies to mitigate consumer anxiety. Twenty individuals exhibiting anxiety as consumers were selected and subsequently randomly divided into two groups. One group received enhanced after-sales services, while the other received standard ones. Meta-analysis of various indicators was conducted utilizing RevMan 5.20 software.

According to the results of the meta-analysis, improving after-sales service after the transaction is completed is significantly more effective in alleviating consumer anxiety than not improving after-sales service, with a statistically significant difference (RR=1 26, 95% CI=1.07-1 49, P=0.006), indicating that improving the level of automotive after-sales service has a specific effect on alleviating consumer anxiety.

Consumer anxiety is an essential factor affecting transaction completion. To increase market share in the automotive industry, adequate measures must be taken to improve after-sales service. Research on the impact of the domestic automotive after-sales service industry on alleviating consumer anxiety is of great significance for the development of the automotive industry.

The study conducted an EMBase search over the past decade using keywords such as anxiety and psychotherapy to obtain data on alleviating anxiety. Thirty participants in the concrete structure assembly plan were randomly divided into two groups: one group received cognitive behavioral intervention, and the other served as the control group for four weeks. Participants were evaluated for anxiety before and after the experiment using the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS).

The results showed significant differences in SAS and SDS values between the participants (P<0.05). The group receiving cognitive behavioral intervention showed a significant decrease in SAS and SDS values, while the other group showed no significant changes.

Participants’ anxiety is an essential factor affecting the smooth completion of assembly plans, and timely intervention and treatment are urgently needed. With the severe employment situation, more and more college students have become self-employed. Under the enormous pressure and risks of entrepreneurship, some college students have developed anxiety.

The Cochrane Library search was conducted on past research on entrepreneurial anxiety, using keywords such as anxiety and psychotherapy. Forty college students who started their businesses were randomly divided into two groups. One group received innovation and entrepreneurship education, while the other was the control group. Before and after the innovation and entrepreneurship education, these students were tested with electromyographic indicators and a self-rating anxiety scale.

Innovation and entrepreneurship education have a significant effect on alleviating entrepreneurial risk anxiety among college students. There is a significant difference in the post-test electromyographic indicators compared to the pre-test (t=-4.46, P<0.05), and there is a significant difference in the scores of the post-test anxiety self-assessment scale compared to the pre-test (t=-4.23, P<0.05).

Therefore, optimizing the enterprise’s human resource management system to relieve the psychological pressure of new and old employees has become an urgent research topic.

Based on the analysis and dismantling of the existing human resource management model, this study improves the structural modules that can be optimized, such as the suitable working environment and resource support provided by the company, the promotion system obtained by employees, and reasonable welfare benefits. The improved and optimized human resource management mode was compared with the traditional one under the same conditions, and SPSS23.0 software was used for correlation detection. This paper explores the relieving effect of the optimal management mode on the psychological stress of employees.

The employees who accepted the optimal management mode were more satisfied, the number of employees with psychological stress decreased significantly, and the self-evaluation score was higher. The difference was significant (P<0.05). Employees who accept the traditional management mode have no noticeable effect on relieving psychological pressure and low overall satisfaction.

The optimal human resource management model proposed in this study explicitly affects the psychological pressure of new and old employees and improves job satisfaction and performance.

Autism is a developmental disorder that affects an individual’s ability to socialize, communicate, and behave. Autistic groups often face difficulties in social integration and psychological pressure. As a fashion style focusing on comfort, warmth and relaxation, healing clothing is gradually being accepted and loved by people. Traditional clothing elements represent unique Chinese cultural symbols and aesthetic values, and their integration into healing clothing may have a positive intervention effect on autistic groups.

The experiment involved 50 people with common autism as research subjects, half of whom served as the experimental group, wearing healing clothing with elements of traditional Chinese dress. The control group had the same number of people as the experimental group and wore normal healing clothing. The participants’ social interaction, emotional performance and self-identity were observed and recorded for a certain period of time, and the effect was tested by the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ).

After wearing the healing clothing with traditional Chinese clothing elements, the experimental group had more active social behaviors and positive emotions, and the average questionnaire score was 10 points higher than that of the control group. However, most of the patients in the control group were still in a depressed state and their activity was not high.

This study proposed to integrate traditional Chinese clothing elements into healing clothing, which has a very good intervention effect on the autistic group, and the research results are expected to provide better support and care for the autistic group.

Anxiety disorder is a common psychological disorder in modern life, which has had a huge impact on people’s lives. Reasonable architectural environment design can alleviate the anxiety of individuals with psychological anxiety and help alleviate their discomfort.

500 survey questionnaires on the impact of building environment on residents and GAD-2 questionnaire were selected from a certain city population in June 2021. Among them, there are 275 males and 225 females. The residential questionnaire includes five aspects of residents’ anxiety about residential area, floor height, bedroom layout, residential orientation, and building type. The GAD-2 questionnaire includes residents’ anxiety level. The collected information was statistically analyzed using SPSS3.0 software.

According to the correlation analysis results of SPSS software, there is a negative correlation between residential area and anxiety level. There is no correlation between floor height and anxiety level, with a p-value greater than 0.05. There is a correlation between bedroom layout and anxiety level, with a p-value less than 0.05. There is a correlation between residential orientation and anxiety level, with a p-value less than 0.05. There is a correlation between building type and anxiety level, with a p-value less than 0.05. Moreover, the anxiety level of residents in residential areas is lower than that of residents in apartment buildings.

Reasonable architectural environment design has a positive impact on individuals with psychological anxiety. By introducing reasonable lighting design, spatial layout, and functional zoning, the tension and anxiety of anxious individuals can be reduced.

The blended teaching model refers to the combination of online and offline teaching methods, using both online platforms and physical classrooms, to provide students with a more flexible and diverse learning experience. According to the principle of random sampling, 50 freshmen to seniors from a certain university were selected, including 25 males and 25 females. According to the results of the Anxiety Self Test Scale, there were 5 students with severe anxiety, 10 students with moderate anxiety, and 15 students with mild anxiety. A mixed online and offline teaching mode was used to teach students. Six months later, statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS3.0 software based on the results of the anxiety self-test scale.

The development of the tourism industry has led to an increasing number of tourists, demanding better service quality from scenic spots. The improvement of service quality in tourist attractions can provide tourists with a safer and more reliable travel environment, reducing their anxiety about risks and uncertainties.

Based on the principle of random sampling, the population aged between 18 and 60 in a certain scenic area were selected and distributed a service quality demand questionnaire. It includes four criteria: safety services, navigation services, employee attitudes, and service processes. The score was filled out on a scale of 1 to 10. The higher the score, the more valued the content is by tourists. A total of 1000 demand forms were distributed, and 985 were actually collected, with a recovery rate of 98.5%. According to the statistical results, there is a negative correlation between the four aspects of scenic area safety services, scenic area navigation services, employee attitudes, and service processes and tourists’ psychological anxiety, with a P-value less than 0.05, indicating statistical significance.

The anxiety of college students in learning a foreign language may affect their learning results, so it is very important to find effective teaching methods to alleviate the anxiety. This study explores the effects of Japanese text translation teaching based on three-dimensional transformation on college students’ foreign language learning anxiety.

100 undergraduate students majoring in Japanese in a university were randomly divided into test group and control group, with 50 students in each group. The test group received Japanese text translation teaching based on 3D conversion, and the control group received traditional text translation teaching. Anxiety questionnaire was used to assess the anxiety level of students, and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS23.0.

The statistical analysis showed that the level of foreign language learning anxiety of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group (t=3.42, P< 0.05). Specific data showed that the average anxiety score of the test group was 3.55, and the average score of the control group was 4.27. In addition, students in the test group performed better in translation accuracy (test group: 83%; Control group: 76%).

Japanese text translation teaching based on 3D transformation can effectively alleviate the anxiety of college students in foreign language learning. Depression is a common problem among college students, which has a negative impact on mental health and academic performance. The study explored the alleviating effects of legal education and psychological counseling on depression in college students and provided evidence for formulating intervention measures in colleges and universities.

200 students from a university in 2023 were selected to participate in this study. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received legal education and psychological counseling, while the control group only received conventional legal education. The degree of depression was assessed by the Self-Rating Depression Scale (DSM-IV). After data collection, SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis and T-test was used to compare the differences in depression scores between the two groups.

The depression score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (t=2.56, P<0.05). The mean and standard deviation of depression scores were 18.32 and 3.42 respectively. The mean depression score of the control group was 21.78, and the standard deviation was 4.12.

The combination of legal education and psychological counseling in colleges and universities can significantly alleviate the depression of students. The results emphasize the importance of mental health intervention. Colleges and universities should strengthen legal education and psychological counseling to help students cope with depression. The study provides scientific basis for formulating effective psychological intervention measures and has positive significance for promoting students’ psychological well-being.

Graduation anxiety exists widely in college students. Active employment counseling education is considered to be an effective means to relieve graduation anxiety. However, there is a lack of systematic research on the specific effects of such education in alleviating graduation anxiety.

The study took college students as research subjects and divided into experimental group and control group by experimental design, with 50 students in each group. The experimental group received 10 weeks of active employment counseling education, while the control group continued to learn the regular course. SPSS23.0 software was used for data analysis to compare the differences in graduation anxiety symptoms between the two groups.

The score of graduation anxiety in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (t=3.45, P<0.05). Students in the experimental group scored significantly lower than those in the control group in anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem (anxiety: experimental group 3.2 vs. Control group 4.5; Depression: experimental group 2.8 vs. control group 4.2; Low self-esteem: experimental group 3.5 vs. control group 4.8).

Active employment counseling education can significantly alleviate the graduation anxiety of college students. By providing guidance and resources to help students plan their careers, broaden access to employment, and reduce anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. This research has important theoretical and practical value to the positive employment counseling education of university education institutions and related institutions.

Anxiety, as a kind of mental illness, is an emotional state in which individual goals cannot be achieved or obstacles are difficult to overcome. It results in a sharp increase in confidence frustration and sense of failure and is a class of neurological symptoms mainly characterized by episodic or persistent anxiety and tension. As one of the most common psychological issues of college students, anxiety has become a subject that ideological and political educators now pay attention to. This study analyzes the influence of ideological and political education on the psychological anxiety of college students.

The study adopts cluster sampling method to investigate and analyze 3500 college students before and after receiving ideological and political education in the new era. A total of 3,500 online questionnaires were distributed, and 3452 effective online questionnaires were obtained, with an effective response rate of 99.65%. The SCL90 symptom self-rating scale was used to extract neonatal anxiety symptom data. Using a scale of 1-5, the anxiety factor of more than 2.5 points was defined as abnormal, indicating the existence of mild anxiety. An anxiety factor of more than 3 indicates that anxiety is above the medium level and needs to be paid attention to. An anxiety factor of more than 3.5 indicates that anxiety is severe and requires special attention.

After receiving ideological and political education in the new era, the distribution of anxiety factors in the test showed that: slight anxiety accounted for 32.9%, decreased by 20.1%; Moderate anxiety accounted for 10.83%, decreased by 9.4%; Severe anxiety accounted for 0.48%, a decrease of 2.3%.

The integration of ideological and political education in college students’ curriculum has a positive impact on relieving their psychological anxiety.

In this study, 540 financial investors in a province were evaluated by self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS). Amos software was used to conduct confirmatory factor analysis on the survey results.

In this study, 338 technical personnel in strategic emerging industries in Fujian Province were selected as the research subjects and divided into experimental groups and control groups with same number. The control group did not take any intervention measures, and the experimental group received psychological counseling. The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Wechsler Adult Intelligence Test (WAIS-RC) and Health Survey Summary Form (SF-36) were compared between the two groups. T-test was performed on the measurement data.

Before the experiment, there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the experiment, SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of verbal comprehension, memory and attention in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of physiological function, mental function, mental health and vitality of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05).

There is a correlation mechanism between various anxiety emotions, and information anxiety, health anxiety. Consumer groups are prone to the comprehensive impact of multiple subtypes of anxiety emotions under the reception of mobile internet information. This study aims to explore the relationship between information anxiety, health anxiety, and loss anxiety among consumer groups, analyze the formation and maintenance mechanisms of health anxiety, and provide reference suggestions for preventing and alleviating health anxiety.

This study used 280 anxious consumers as the experimental subjects and divided them into two groups. The control group of 140 people used conventional mindfulness intervention methods. In comparison, the experimental group of 140 people added logistics supply knowledge education for internet consumption based on mindfulness intervention methods. This study used SPSS 26.0 software for preliminary descriptive statistics and related data analysis.

The experimental results indicate that the average values of consumers’ information anxiety, health anxiety, and loss anxiety before intervention are all higher than the average, meaning that the respondents generally have a higher level of anxiety in these three aspects. After six days of intervention, the average scores of information anxiety, health anxiety, and loss anxiety in the control group were higher than in the experimental group.

The study proposes that increasing logistics supply knowledge education for internet consumption based on mindfulness intervention methods can effectively alleviate consumers’ information anxiety, health anxiety, and loss anxiety emotions.

Anxiety disorder (AD) is considered one of the most difficult mental disorders to treat. The important factors causing this disease are negative self-awareness and excessive attention to negative emotional stimuli, which are related to excessive activity in the emotion generating brain area and cognitive control brain area imbalance. This study uses guided psychotherapy combined with innovation and entrepreneurship training for college students to intervene in their employment anxiety.

74 individuals with high anxiety traits with a total score of over 63 (N=65) were screened among college students. Anxiety students were randomly divided into a conventional group and an experimental group. Leibowitz Anxiety Scale (LAS) was used. The conventional group of 37 people used normal guided psychotherapy, while the experimental group used guided psychotherapy combined with innovation and entrepreneurship training for college students to intervene in their employment anxiety.

Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of LAS, Shyness Scale, Self Rating Depression Scale, Fear Negation Scale, Self Efficacy Scale, and Trust Scale between the two groups. After the intervention, the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional group. The LAS scale scores of the experimental group significantly decreased.

Guided psychotherapy combined with innovation and entrepreneurship training for college students can effectively alleviate students’ employment anxiety, and the guidance effect on anxiety is more sustainable compared to conventional methods.

Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is a mental illness that causes mental pain and disease burden comparable to depression, and has a significant impact on patients’ social functions and life quality. Therefore, the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders in the United States regards “difficulty in maintaining attention” as one of the diagnostic criteria for GAD. This study used horticultural landscape therapy combined with group mindfulness intervention to intervene in anxiety disorders among spatial design students.

This experiment targeted 140 students with anxiety disorders and randomly divided them into two groups. The control group composed of 70 people and used traditional mindfulness intervention therapy, while the experimental group used horticultural landscape therapy combined with group mindfulness intervention to intervene in anxiety disorders of spatial design students. This experiment was measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale.

The results showed that at the end of the 8-week treatment, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores of both groups decreased compared to baseline, while the pre-intervention scores of both groups increased compared to baseline. The efficacy of the Milton Anxiety Scale in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the clinical curing rate was also higher in the experimental group than in the control group.

Horticultural landscape therapy combined with group mindfulness intervention can effectively alleviate anxiety symptoms and improve attention maintenance function in patients with generalized anxiety disorder in spatial design students.

Anxiety and depression are common psychological disorders among adolescents, mainly caused by internal factors such as individual personality and physical and mental health, as well as external influences from family, school, and society. 60 students aged 10-14 from a certain school were chosen and divided into a male group of 30 and a female group of 30. Before and after treatment, the Simplified Mental State Score (MMSE) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores of adolescents were performed, and the effects of single drug treatment and combination treatment were compared. Finally, SPSS 23.0 was used for data analysis, and the measurement data were expressed in the form of mean ± standard deviation and t-test was used.

The MMSE scores of single drug therapy and combination therapy before treatment were analyzed as t=0.01 and P>0.05, while the PSQI scores were analyzed as t=0.02 and P>0.05; The data analysis of MMSE scores for single drug therapy and combination therapy after treatment was t=4.39, P<0.05, and the data analysis of PSQI scores was t=6.02, P<0.05. The best effect of combination therapy was summarized.

Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is a common mental illness among adolescents, characterized by generalized and persistent anxiety, lack of clear targets, nervousness, and even involvement of the respiratory and digestive systems. Cognitive behavioral therapy has an improvement effect on anxiety disorders. This research was conducted to provide treatment interventions for students with anxiety disorders.

Firstly, 90 adolescent anxiety disorder patients aged 13-22 from a certain hospital were selected. Next, they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine drug treatment, while the observation group received cognitive behavioral therapy on this basis. The final treatment period was 16 weeks, with a round of treatment every 8 weeks. Statistical software SPSS23.0 was used for statistical description, and t-tests were used for measurement data.

After a round of 8-week treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the anxiety symptom scale scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After the second round, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The difference in stress status scores at different times was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group after the start of the second round (P<0.05). In short, cognitive behavioral therapy has a relieving effect on students’ anxiety disorders.

Drug therapy is mostly targeted at adult patients. However for adolescent patients, it is necessary to gradually combine cognitive behavioral therapy to promote the relief of anxiety disorders in students.

The anxiety of farmers is closely related to their survival and daily life, and the prevention and control of locusts are closely related to their survival. The prevention and control of locusts is related to farmers’ food production and safety, so farmers bear the survival and life pressure brought by locusts. Firstly, 1,184 farmers aged 23-31 from a certain city were randomly selected. Finally, SPSS 23.0 statistical software, analysis of variance, and t-test were used.

After comparing the scoring results of various scales, it was found that the positive prediction of understanding social support for farmers’ satisfaction was t=15.471, P<0.001, and the positive satisfaction with basic psychological needs was t=6.205, P<0.001. The combined understanding of depression, anxiety, and stress emotions for basic psychological needs of social support was t=-5.963, P<0.001. Overall, the best effect was achieved by adjusting farmers’ basic psychological needs and satisfaction.

Depression and anxiety, combined with basic psychological needs, have a greater alleviating effect on farmers, and provide intervention methods for individual development and happiness acquisition. Therefore, combined with locust prevention and control measures, they provide improvement and regulation for farmers’ anxiety psychology.
