Summary
Most of the time, you are probably aware that gambling is not the solution to your problems. Yet, you may still have thoughts popping into your mind that make you believe the opposite. Your thoughts may sound something like: ‘This time will be different’ or ‘If l win, I will pay my debts and walk away’. This chapter is about being able to catch these thoughts and take some distance from them, before you learn how to challenge them in Chapter 11.
