Ethical Considerations

Ethical approval was granted by the Regional Ethical Review Board in Gothenburg (Dnr 440/09) and informed consent was obtained from all the participants before participation. Participants in cycle I and III were asked to consent to repeated FGD, while participants in cycle II were asked to consent to single FGD. All participants were assured that their participation was voluntary and they could withdraw at any time without explanation or consequences. Further, participants were provided with contact details of the researchers in case they needed to discuss the study in more depth, or facing problems in regards to their participation. Due to the longitudinal design, this was especially significant in cycle I and III. No questions or concerns regarding participation in the study were raised.

The authors regrets this error.
