When the above article was first published online there was an error in the quantities given in the list/table on p. 22, lines 3–8. The correct quantities before the lines starting “baiocchi” had been replaced by 1 through 6, instead of 9, 16, 20, 24, 61, 54 respectively, as in the submitted text. The change meant the list did not make sense.
