APSA President Theda Skocpol spoke at the 2002 Meeting of the Northeastern Political Science Association (NPSA), held at the Biltmore in Providence, Rhode Island. More than 400 participated in a number of panels at the joint meeting of NPSA and the International Studies Association, Northeast. The Pi Sigma Alpha speaker was former member of Congress Mickey Edwards, who is now at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.
