APSA's Ralph Bunche Summer Institute is a five-week program for minority undergraduate students interested in pursuing a doctoral degree in political science. The Institute is hosted by Duke University and is supported by a grant from the National Science Foundation. The program is directed by Paula McClain, professor of political science and director of the Center for the Study of Race, Ethnicity, and Gender in Social Studies, at Duke University.
