He also welcomed Matthew George Phillips who gave a talk on ‘A Theatre with Two Stages: Jim Thompson and the Construction of Thainess during the Cold War’.

He also welcomed Juha Komppa who gave a talk on ‘Tibet in Chinese Han Imaginings’.
