A very small, globular Echinoderm was brought to the Dove Marine Laboratory in September, 1931. Its locality of capture is not known, but it is thought to have been brought in by a child who had collected it on the local rocks. The first impression was that of one of the flatter Echinoids. Examination revealed only characteristic Asteroid features. Figures 1, A and B, are photo-micrographs of the living specimen in seawater, taken on September 16th with a 4-in. objective.
