See, for instance, a brief evaluation in the British Yearbook of International Law, 1972–73, by the then Professor of International Law at Oxford, now a Judge of the International Court, and the Professor of International Law at Cambridge.
2 There was not, of course, in this case any suggestion of involvement of the administration in any wrongful conduct; such authorizations as had been given came from Mr. Cox himself.
