1 This figure is very probably due to an error. As a matter of fact, the capital contributed amounts, according to paragraph 5, to 2,600,000 levas, and the total of 3,200,000 levas, indicated below, supposes, if the intellectual capital is 600,000 levas, a contributed capital of 2,600,000 levas.
2 The plaintiff dates its title from “1324–1909” and an expert's report from “1325–1910.” It appears, however, that it should have placed the dates at “1324–1908” and “1325–1909.“
