Summary

Imagine you are a food critic and are visiting a large hotel to evaluate their cuisine. As you are a cook yourself, you first want to visit the kitchens. You are looking forward to the visit as the hotel caters for a large population and is very well appointed. It is a former country house and has many kitchens.
